Appointments & Fees

Appointments are available Monday through Thursday, with both in-person and secure teletherapy options.

Individual sessions are 60 minutes, and couples or family sessions are 90 minutes.

To schedule an initial consultation, please contact me by phone.

Payment is due at the time of service, with monthly arrangements available if preferred. I also accept insurance for teletherapy sessions and am happy to help you understand and verify your coverage. For clients with PPO or POS plans, I can also provide a detailed statement (superbill) to support out-of-network reimbursement.

My fees are aligned with prevailing rates in our community. I recognize that financial circumstances vary and offer a limited number of reduced-fee appointments when appropriate.
